Receiving Agent Registration

Get referrals from agents who stepped back, not out.

PinkSlip RE sponsors licensed agents who are no longer in full-time production. They still have the relationships, and those relationships move. When one of them has a buyer or seller to hand off, we place it with an agent who is actively working that market, in any state.

Registration is open to licensed agents nationwide.

02  /  Your license We verify license status with the state before approving a registration.
Leave blank if none. This is not a requirement to register.
Do you have any pending disciplinary proceedings, or any prior disciplinary action, sanction, or complaint resolution on your license in any state? A disclosed matter does not automatically disqualify a registration. An undisclosed one does.
Include the state, the year, the nature of the matter, and its current status or resolution.
03  /  Coverage areas We require referral partners to be MLS participants in the service areas they provide coverage to.
Select every state you are licensed and actively working in. Hold Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) to select more than one.
List every market you actively work. We match on this.
Name every MLS you participate in. We check this against the coverage areas above.
04  /  Scope of services We require referral partners to be authorized by their broker to provide the services they select, and to have demonstrated competency by closing at least three transactions in each category they select each year.
